Don’t have a referral yet? That’s okay - you’ll need to speak to your GP before your appointment, and they can provide it then.

Step 2

Book your appointment

Once we’ve received your referral and completed intake forms, we'll match you with the psychiatrist best suited to your needs. You’ll then be able to confirm a telehealth appointment at a time that’s convenient for you.

Step 3

Begin your treatment

At your scheduled time, log in using a secure telehealth link emailed to you. During your first session, your psychiatrist will begin working with you to develop a personalised treatment plan.

Why we ask for documentation before your appointment?

To make the most of your initial consultation, we ask you to complete a short set of intake forms, questionnaires, and required documentation in advance. This allows your psychiatrist to review your history and symptoms ahead of time – helping avoid delays and, where appropriate, begin treatment planning right after your first appointment.
