Our team of experienced clinicians provides tailored assessments, diagnosis, and treatment plans – all delivered from the comfort of your own space, virtually. Here’s an overview of the key areas we support.

General mental health

We support individuals experiencing a broad range of mental health conditions. These include:
- Anxiety and mood disorders
- Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD)
- Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)
- Personality disorders
- Psychosis and schizophrenia  

Care may include diagnosis, medication reviews, therapy planning, and coordination with your GP or psychologist.

ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder)

We offer comprehensive ADHD assessments and follow-up care for adults, delivered entirely via telehealth. This includes:
- Diagnostic interviews
- Behavioural and symptom screening
- Personalised treatment plans
- Ongoing management including medication review, if appropriate

Our team works closely with you and your referring doctor to support long-term care.

Drug and alcohol disorders (coming soon)

Support for people experiencing substance use and addiction challenges. This will include:To help make your appointment as accurate and helpful as possible, we ask all patients to complete questionnaires beforehand. These forms:
- Assessment of co-occurring mental health and substance use issues
- Referral to specialist programs or inpatient support, if needed
- Relapse prevention planning and telehealth-based care coordination

DVA (rural patients)

We offer bulk-billed telepsychiatry services for eligible Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) patients living in rural and remote areas. This includes:
- Comprehensive mental health assessments (Medicare Item 291)
- Ongoing collaboration with your GP
- Tailored support for veterans managing PTSD, anxiety, depression or other concerns

Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

For adults with a diagnosed autism spectrum disorder, we provide psychiatric support focused on:
- Mental health care planning
- Management of co-occurring conditions (e.g. anxiety, ADHD, sleep issues)
- Supportive treatment strategies adaption for neurodivergent needs

Note: Appointments for ASD are booked through our ADHD Assessment stream.

Intellectual disability

We support adults with an existing diagnosis of intellectual disability, particularly where additional mental health or behavioural support is needed. Care may include:
- Diagnostic clarification
- Supportive therapy or medication review
- Family/carer involvement in planning
