If you have a booking, please read the information below carefully to ensure you’re ready for your appointment. This includes what to prepare, how to join your telehealth session, and what to expect. Fees apply for late cancellations or missed appointments.
Attending your telehealth appointment
Join early - Please enter the telehealth waiting room 5 minutes before your scheduled time.
Your psychiatrist will begin at your appointment time - They will start the session at the time booked.
If you don’t join or if you're not in the waiting room or have technical issues, your psychiatrist will:
Call your mobile (as listed in your patient profile) up to 3 times
Remain online during this time
Send a link to an alternative video platform if needed
After 20 minutes or if no contact is made within 20 minutes, the appointment is considered missed, and the full fee will be charged to the credit card on file.
